Whispers from the Trees is run by Jasna Skiljan, a sole trader registered in Ireland, trading as Celtic Crystal Ogham & Reiki Healing (the practice website is jasnaskiljan.com). What we collect
This website collects only one piece of personal data, and only if you choose to give it:
- Your email address, when you sign up for the full-moon Gathering reminder.
We do not collect names, payment details or any other personal information on this site. Bookings and payments happen on jasnaskiljan.com, which has its own privacy terms.
How we use your email
Your email address is used for one purpose: to send you a short reminder before each full-moon Gathering, occasionally together with news from the channel (such as a new video or workshop). The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the signup form.
You can withdraw consent at any time — every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from the list.
Who processes the data
The reminder list is managed through Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), which stores subscriber data on our behalf. Mailchimp may process data in the United States under the EU's approved safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). We never sell or share your email address with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This website is a simple static page. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics of its own. If you follow links to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or jasnaskiljan.com, those services apply their own privacy policies once you are there.
How long we keep your data
Your email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or until the list itself is closed, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- ask what data we hold about you (access);
- have it corrected or deleted;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
